• Food & Beverage (F&B): Payment made directly to the hotel (buffet menu estimated at approx. $24,000, based on final head count; custom quote available).​
• Speaker and presentation title must be submitted to IFM in advance for final approval. AIC speakers are not permitted to speak at sponsored sessions.
