Sponsor Requirements:
- Audio-Visual (AV): Payment made directly to Tallen AV (estimated at $12,000; custom quote available).
- Food & Beverage (F&B): Payment made directly to the hotel (plated menu estimated up to $42,000, based on final head count; custom quote available).
- Speaker and presentation title must be submitted to IFM in advance for final approval. AIC speakers are not permitted to speak at sponsored sessions.
- Provide staff to manage: door monitoring, traffic flow and line management.
