Exhibitor Vetting Criteria

As the gold standard in functional medicine education, IFM ensures prospective industry organizations meet an identified set of criteria to exhibit or engage with our audience. To uphold this commitment, we are implementing an ongoing review process for previously approved companies to ensure continued alignment with IFM’s standards and values. This level of vetting elevates the trust between IFM and industry, and industry and our audience, so that together, we are providing the leading functional medicine products and services to support practitioners and patients worldwide.

All new companies interested in engaging with IFM will need to undergo the vetting process. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for vetting once a complete application is submitted. Incomplete applications may take longer to process, so we recommend reviewing the requirements carefully before submission.
