The showcase will feature 20-minute time slots integrated into the conference agenda, carefully scheduled to avoid conflicts with IFM content and lunch sessions. This format provides companies with a cost-effective way to connect with our audience, with AV and equipment provided by IFM. Dates and times are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsor Requirements:

  • Submit PowerPoint presentation in advance
  • AIC speakers are not permitted to participate in sponsored Product Showcases.
  • All sponsored presentations must begin with an IFM-provided disclaimer slide.
