Sponsor Requirements:
- Audio-Visual (AV): Payment made directly to Tallen AV (estimated at $7,500; custom quote available).
- Food & Beverage (F&B): Payment made directly to the hotel (estimates available by request with options tailored by sponsor).
- Speaker and presentation title must be submitted to IFM in advance for final approval. AIC speakers are not permitted to speak at sponsored sessions.
- All sponsored presentations must begin with an IFM-provided disclaimer slide.
